Oxylus is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Oxylus, Inc. targets conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full conformance.

This website also strives to comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which require that websites and digital services be accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Measures to Support Accessibility

  • Ensure all form fields include descriptive labels and error messages accessible to screen readers.
  • Support assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.
  • Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second, in compliance with WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 2.3.1.
